10 past 8am and still phones say surgery is closed what is going on!

This surgery had been letting my mum there patient go miss diagnosed . It's take 2 years of hospital APTS and she has now been told she has heart failure. She reported legs swelling and to many docs at this surgery . She also has extreme weight loss and this has not been looked at till her last hospital appointment. She also has to chase for repeat prescriptions to be issued and with the help of the useless chemist she had been given wrong pills on several occasions . As she is suffering with heart failure I would of thought all parties involved would understand more stress chasing meds and prescriptions is not helping the situation . Thankfully she's abled to tell what pills she should be taking and noticed those that she shouldn't . This could be the thing that could kill a patient . It happens all the time to my mum . Sort it before some one really gets hurt from lack of care neglect from yourselves . Sorry but this had been on going for at least last 2 years . Who can I make a official complaint to .

Getting appointments here can be difficult, but this has more to do with Government cuts in funding for the NHS, than sloppy service. While I've had some very good medical care here, I have also had some very poor experiences too.Last Christmas, I was rushed to hospital after my body went into meltdown, 16 days later I was discharged...and to this day, not one doctor has been able to tell me exactly what went wrong? This town deserves a better, larger and more modern, doctor's surgery. The population and the medical professionals deserve it.

Extremely helpful staff and doctors. The appointment system is now vastly improved and you can book online and visibly see the upcoming available slots.

We are incredibly lucky to have this surgery, I hear horror stories about the care people get in other areas, yes you may have to wait and yes appointments can be hard to get but the staff work really hard to look after us. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be here today, so thank you all!
